The former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan is in Kenya serving as Head of the Electoral Observation Mission under the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa, which has deployed a full-fledged short-term team of observers to Kenya.

Kenya will be electing her fifth President today Tuesday, August 9, as well as National Assembly members, Governors & 47 country assemblies.

It’s a straight contest between Deputy President, William Ruto and Raila Odinga (backed by the incumbent, Uhuru Kenyatta).
