Paris-Saint-Germain (PSG) edged Juventus away in a 2-1 victory away at Allianz Arena.
Prolific French forward, Kylian Mbappe opened on the scoresheet in the 13th minute to give PSG the advantage, but Juventus found the leveler with Leonardo Bonnuci’s strike in the 39th minute.
Also, PSG was still able to retain the lead as Nuno Mendes who just came off the bench a minute ago placed the ball to the right-hand side of the net giving PSG victory.
However, PSG’s win wasn’t able to grant them the first spot at the top of the table due to Maccabi Hafai’s emphatic 6-1 against Portuguese giants, Benfica Lisbon.
Although they both finished on fourteen points, the head-to-head rule was applied to determine the team that would top the table.
